"The outstanding Phil Hanley sang non-stop and was timely. Loved the show. Security was perfect, professional, and understanding. Gwen's appearance, although expected, was a great addition. The presenters were outstanding. The only complaint is the staff need to be more organized. At the main entrance, we got white, general admission, bracelets. There were not enough colored bracelets for premiere tickets. Had to go back several times to get the colored bracelets, and then they ran out. I got a different colored bracelet and had to show tickets every time I entered the area to explain ourselves."
